While studying abroad in Italy, founder Zach Cizek became obsessed with a sandwich named "the Bollito.” That obsession lead Zach to start Bollito's where he began selling sandwiches at street fairs and events. Customers raved about the "Calabrian Pepper" condiment that was put on the sandwich and due to this demand, Bollito’s began bottling the sauce. Today, Bollito's is known as the Italian condiment company with a special emphasis on the Calabrian Chili which they import directly from Italy.

TRY IT ON:

Pizza, mac n’ cheese, eggs, steak, sandwiches, and in cream cheese and soups.

Calabrian Hot Chili Peppers (Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Seed Oil, Salt), Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
