After making sauce for friends and family for 7 years, Michael Callahan launched Mike’s Fine Brines in June 2015 in Seattle, WA. Callahan's Black Pepper Chipotle is the third hot sauce in the Callahan's line combining smoky chipotle and Black Pepper that'll remind you of BBQ sauce with a lot more tang. Not a ton of heat but loaded with flavor.

TRY IT ON:

Grilled pork chops, carne asada tacos with cilantro and raw onion, grilled beef ribs, eggs, grilled peaches, and dinosaur meat (just making sure you're paying attention).

INGREDIENTS:

Yellow Onion, Water, White Vinegar, Chipotle Pepper, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Dried Guajillo Pepper, Black Pepper.
