Drunken Jerk sauce is a combination of Jamaican Jerk seasoning with just the right balance of thyme, allspice, habanero peppers, and garlic. The addition of dark rum to this marinade makes it "Drunken".

TRY IT ON:

As a marinade for pork, salmon, tofu and chicken (marinate poultry overnight). Drizzle on cheese pizza, or make even dreaded "beans out of a can" delicious.
