Volcanic Peppers grows a variety of peppers in Nebraska and has been making small batch spice blends and sauces with them since 2009. Spicy Ponzu Sauce is a soy and citrus based sauce commonly used in Japanese cuisine. This sauce features lime & lemon for the citrus tang, soy sauce for the savory, a touch of ginger & brown sugar for some sweetness, and ghost & thai chiles to warm you up. These ingredients come together for an umami experience

Egg rolls, noodles, rice, stir fry, or splash it on your steak, chicken, or seafood. Killer in marinades.
