Volcanic Peppers grows a variety of peppers in Nebraska and has been making small batch spice blends, snacks and sauces with them since 2009. Sweet Scorpion Peanuts are a great blend of sweet and heat. At first there is a pleasant sweetness then the powerful sting of the Trinidad Scorpion kicks in.
